Outstanding Technique: Directed Recrystallization of Amorphous Materials

The method of Directed Recrystallization of Amorphous Materials (DRAM)
has been elaborated by Dr. Nick Yurchenko's school (at Kyiv National
Taras Shevchenko University) in the former USSR during 1980-1990s.
At that time, this school was far ahead of all known world schools working in
the area of solid phase epitaxy, lateral liquid phase epitaxy and related
directions (Ottaviani G., Majni G., Canali C., Mayer J., Lau S. and all others).

More information about DRAM find here.
For complete information, please contact Dr. Nick Yurchenko at unheritage@gmail.com
