Official websites of the University Free & Open Consortium and its main projects are developing on uCoz conditionally free Content Management System (CMS). For comparison, this exceptionally functional system is less popular than WordPress,

but it is much more popular than Drupal, Joomla and all other world's known CMS(s).

In accordance with the Mashable Open Web Awards 2010, the uCoz CMS

(many language versions) is recognized as the best world’s platfrom for web publishers.
