King Abdullah Foreign Scholarship Program (KASP) is established

in order to sponsor Saudi male and female students to continue

their studies in the best universities around the world at all academic

levels. The ministry built system for KASP provides an intuitive

access to wide range for personalized services for each registered student, it

also informs students with various details of the program according to their needs.

Saudi Arabia has announced plans to continue the rapid
expansion of higher education as part of its ninth five
year development plan, for 2010-14. About quarter billion
dollar annual investment in science and technology research will help
strengthen the country's growing international position in the innovation capacity.
